Having fought meningitis at the age of six months, then given a timeframe to live, and if she lived; she would not be able to walk, talk or be normal. Followed by becoming a non-graduate of high school. Lateisha knew that it was essential to work wisely, and strategically; in order to defy the odds, and to excel.

Subsequently, Lateisha realized her love for Communication, specifically writing; which expanded her mindset to new possibilities. During her twenties, Lateisha was not prudent with her finances, while in a loan interview, she was informed by the Credit Officer, that she was inconclusive. Prompting her to search for better money management.

Lateisha has always been passionate about personal development, mastering leadership skills and intrigued by business processes. Further, she holds degrees in Communication, Business Psychology, and has recently attained the ISO 27001 Lead Auditor designation.
